I am Bonnie Carney, a mother of grown sons, married to my best friend, and I enjoy approaching life creatively.
In my 40s, I experienced weight gain, aches and pains, and restless sleep, which is so common for women in mid-life. On my quest to feel better, I tried many diets, “natural diet pills,” and dozens of exercise programs. Most of the time, I ended up frustrated with the results.
Then I discovered how to address the underlying cause of my symptoms, and my health finally turned around. When I heard the phrase, “root cause resolution,” I got hooked on functional nutrition and health coaching. I got so excited about it, I wanted to help others find their solutions too.
With over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and Applied Behavior Analyst in schools, clinics, and family homes, I am now using my applied skills to help women with mid-life wellness.
I specialize in making wellness practices easy for women through clear, positive action steps that are doable and effective so they can confidently live the life they love with less overwhelm and more vitality. My mission is to help women, who do so much to care for others, to care for themselves.
When it comes to simplifying health practices, my favorite phrase remains “less is more!”
